2025: A Year of Collaboration and Gratitude

As we reflect on 2025, we are deeply grateful for the mayors, elected officials, partners, and board members who make Civic Results possible. Every convening, program, and policy effort this year was strengthened by your engagement, leadership, and trust.

I am also thankful for the incredible work of our team. Maggie Graves, who was promoted to Program Manager, and Christina Noto, who joined Civic Results as our Program & Operations Associate. They have both made meaningful contributions to our programs and day-to-day operations. I am so grateful for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to our mission.

Through the Metro Mayors Caucus, Municipal Leadership Academy, Building Bridges, and the Future Housing Coalition, we worked side by side with local leaders to elevate regional collaboration and advance practical solutions to shared challenges. We are excited to continue to work with you all and to further our mission in 2026 and beyond!

Thank you for believing in the power of collaboration and for standing with us as we work to strengthen Colorado’s communities.

Happy Holidays!

Warmly,

Heidi Williams

President & CEO

Successful Starter Home Summit with the

Common Sense Institute

On December 17th, Civic Results was a part of the Colorado Starter Home Initiative: Housing Summit led by the Common Sense Institute (CSI). It featured a panel discussion (seen to the left) with Heidi Williams, Mayor Mike Coffman, Mayor Laura Weinberg and Peter LiFari (CSI Housing Fellow), moderated by Jen Brown of the Colorado Sun. They discussed their experiences related to challenges and successes with starter homes, zoning and affordable housing. Attendees were also given a draft zoning template written by land use consultant, Don Elliott.
