In partnership with CML, we are so excited to be unveiling our second Municipal Leadership academy! The 2025-26 cohort is now set with mayors and city/town council members from across the State of Colorado. Housing Colorado Conference - Heidi to Present on Missing Middle Housing | |

Heidi Williams, President & CEO of Civic Results and Executive Director of Metro Mayors Caucus will be presenting findings from the Future Housing Coalition Toolkit of Missing Middle Housing at the Housing Colorado Conference on Thursday, October 16th at 1:30 pm. Heidi will be presenting with Peter LiFari, housing fellow at Common Sense Institute, who is partnering on this research. The Housing Colorado Conference will take place October 15th - 17th, 2025 in Keystone, CO.
